Ralph is admitted to practice in all Washington State courts, the Eastern and Western Districts of the United States District Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has argued cases in the Washington State Court of Appeals and the Washington State Supreme Court, as well as in courts in the Sates of Florida and Colorado. Ralph has over 20 years experience in representing contractors, businesses and individual clients in real estate and construction matters, creditors' rights in bankruptcy, business transactions, contract disputes and estate planning matters.
SHARON SMITH - Legal Secretary
Sharon has over 30 years experience as a legal secretary/assistant and in legal administration with emphasis in construction law, including assisting with the publication of several construction law books and articles. Sharon is responsible for compliance with the pleading formats and filing requirements of our state trial and appellate courts, as well as the preparation of legal and business correspondence on behalf of our clients.
LIBBY FREESE - Legal Assistant
Libby is experienced in the preparation of pleadings and documents to meet statutory requirements in probates, garnishments, real estate closings and deed of trust foreclosures. Libby also manages our office information system to provide efficient computer retrieval of documents, pleadings and billing information for our clients.
